Location : Noida Experience : 3 to 5 years Age : 25 to 35 years Gender : This position is for females only | Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities
• Handling petty cash for routine expenses & submit the bills to accounts. Maintain the data base for the expenditure done.
• Attending all Incoming calls and directing it to concerned Dept/employees. Take messages in case of non availability of the employees. Tactfully handle unwanted calls.
• Dialing the ISD & STD numbers for staff and maintain the record.
• Responsible of logistics and maintenance of all the rooms. Managing meeting rooms, training rooms & board room bookings and arranging for lunch, tea/ coffee & snacks as required.
• Assisting visitors/Guest, ensuring correct welcome and offering of water, tea & coffee.
• Assign duties to the pantry staff in consultation with Admin Manager and do follow ups on the task undertaken.
• Effectively handling couriers – Incoming and outgoing. Maintaining excel sheet of Couriers sent and sending their details to the staff for their reference. Remind employees to pick their courier, incoming mail, from time to time. In case of non-collection of personal for more than two days, circulate e-mail.
• Procurement of Housekeeping, Pantry & Stationery items.
• Taking stock of stationery, ordering and disbursing the stationery to the Staff as per there requirements & maintaining stock of it.
• Coordinate with travel agents and make bookings of all International & Domestic Air & Train bookings of Staff.
• Assisting in Hotel & Cab Bookings for employees in case of international & domestic travels.
• Assist in hotel, restaurant bookings etc as and when required.
• Assisting HR at the time of interviews & joining by giving the candidates forms and other formalities.
